Fitness Classes
We offer a full line of family-friendly classes for whatever your fitness needs are. We also offer personal training. Our trainers can help customize a fitness plan that meets your individual needs.
Swimming
Sportsplex offers year-round swimming and instruction. The pool is heated for swimmers who need a warmer environment. Swimming lessons are private and available for children ages 3 to adults. Weight Rooms and Cardio
Sportsplex provides a wide range of specialty areas, services and state-of-the-art LifeFitness Flexdeck Treadmills, LifeFitness Isotrack Stair Climbers, LifeFitness Fit Stride Total Body Trainer Ellipticals, and Hammer Strength Weight Equipment to assist members in achieving their optimum level of cardio fitness and strength training. All cardio machines are equipped with audio connections and individual TV monitors with more than 32 available channels. Certified trainers are available to instruct members and guide them through the development of a personalized plan utilizing the many resources at Sportsplex.
Racquetball Courts
Playing racquetball is a great way to work up a sweat and have some fun with friends. With a few rounds of racquetball, you can:
